CANCELLATION POLICY

Please review all policies before booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to all terms below. ⸻ Package Policy All packages must be used within 3 months of purchase. Any unused sessions will be forfeited, and a new package must be purchased. ⸻ Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. ⸻ No-Show Policy All no-shows will be charged a $25 fee to the card on file. If the card declines, an invoice will be sent. No future bookings will be allowed until the balance is paid in full. ⸻ Late Policy Clients arriving up to 15 minutes late will be seen for the remaining appointment time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a cancelled appointment and a 50% fee. ⸻ Deposit Policy All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred one time with 24+ hours’ notice. ⸻ Guests & Children Policy To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, no extra guests or children are allowed unless they are being serviced. ⸻ Sick Policy If you are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms, please reschedule. If you arrive sick, I reserve the right to refuse service and applicable fees may apply. ⸻ Payment Policy A card on file is required for all bookings. Balances and fees must be paid at the end of the appointment. ⸻ Results Disclaimer Results vary per client. Lifestyle, consistency, hydration, and aftercare all affect results. No specific results are guaranteed. ⸻ No Refunds All services, deposits, packages, and fees are non-refundable. If you have concerns with your service, please contact me within 24 hours.
